Every pot that I make is unique and is therefore subject to variations within groups of pots. This is partly due to natural variations in the materials that I use to make the pot – clays, rocks and wood ashes – and partly due to the firing itself. Small differences in temperature and atmosphere in the kiln can create a range of qualities in clays and glazes, which I actively encourage. I make and fire my work with great care and check every piece thoroughly before posting.

If for any reason you want to return your purchase, I will offer a refund as long as this is requested within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Please email me first before returning any orders. Goods must be returned in the same condition as received, in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice or receipt for reference. Wrapping and packaging guidelines can be found on each courier’s website, though many refuse to insure ceramics.

Shipping costs are non refundable and I am not responsible for the cost of the return postage unless items delivered are faulty. If this should occur please contact me within 7 days of purchase with a photograph of the pot.

Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser.
